  Änderung der Durchführungsbestimmungen für FCI – Meisterschaften durch die FCIChanges of the regulations for championship events of FCI of FCI board Liebe Delegierte,dear delegates,chers délégués, wie wir bereits in Mont de Marsan besprochen haben, hat der Vorstand der FCI die Teilnahmebedingungen mit sofortiger Wirkung in § 4 der Durchführungsbestimmungen geändert, so dass ab sofort Hunde aus dem „Register“ und Hunde aus den „Wartelisten der Zuchtbücher“, an FCI-Meisterschaften nicht mehr teilnehmen können. Zugelassen sind ausschließlich Hunde, die im regulären Zuchtbuch eines Mitgliedslandes stehen.Auch meine schriftliche Intervention ist von der FCI nicht angenommen worden. Die neue Regelung gilt für alle Hundesport-Championate in der FCI.Damit sind ab sofort diese Hunde zu FCI Welt-, Europa-, und Coursing-Europameisterschaften nicht mehr zugelassen. As we discussed in Mont de Marsan, the board of FCI changed the regulations to take part at championship events of FCI in § 4 of the “Regulations for the organisation of championship events”. It is decided, that dogs out of the “register” or the “waiting list” can not take part at the championships.I have send a letter to the board of FCI, but the board do not want to take back this decision made for all championships in sports in FCI.So the decision stays that dogs out of the “register” and on the “waiting list” are not allowed to take part at championships in racing and coursing.  Comme nous l’avons déjà discuté lors de la réunion à Mont de Marsan, le comité de la FCI a changé § 4 des conditions de participation pour les championnats. En conséquence, tous les chiens du « registre d’annexe » et de la « liste d’attente » ne peuvent plus participer aux championnats FCI. Seulement les chiens qui sont inscrits dans le livre d’origine régulier pourront désormais participer. Malheureusement, la FCI n’a pas accepté mon intervention écrite. La nouvelle réglementation est valable pour tous les championnats de la FCI. Par conséquent, ces chiens ne peuvent plus participer aux Championnats du Monde et d’Europe FCI (racing et coursing) avec effet immédiat.  Mit freundlichen GrüßenWith best regardsSalutations distinguées Martin HaasPräsident der CdL

tak ako už bolo prerokované v Mont de Marsan, predstavenstvo FCI zmenilo s okamžitou účinnosťou podmienky účasti v § 4 pravidiel pre organizovanie FCI majstrovských podujatí v tom zmysle, že od teraz sa psi vedení v registri alebo na čakacích zoznamoch plemennej knihy nesmú zúčastniť majstrovských podujatí FCI. Pripustení sú výlučne len psi vedení v riadnej plemennej knihe členskej krajiny. Ani moja (Haas) osobná intervencia nebola zo strany FCI prijatá. Nový predpis je platný pre všetky športové šampionáty FCI. To značí, že od teraz nie je viac dovolené spomenutým psom zúčastňovať sa MS, ME a ME v coursingu.
